Access

You create an account, pick a plan and run audits within your plan's limits. We may limit or end access if these terms are broken or the service is abused.

Plans and billing

• Plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly, priced in US dollars: Brand (1 brand), Portfolio (up to 5 brands) and Enterprise (agreed with us). What each plan includes is on the pricing page.
• Payments are handled by our payment partner, which acts as the seller of record, adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout and sends your receipt. We never see your card details.
• A plan renews every month, or every year if you chose yearly billing, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If a payment fails, your plan keeps working for a few days while the payment is retried. After that new audits pause. Your reports stay in your account.
• Each plan has an allowance of audits and brands. We may change prices or plans for future months, and will tell you before a change reaches you.

Your use

• Use it for brands you own or are allowed to audit.
• Don't misuse it, try to break it, or resell the reports without our agreement.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

What the reports are

Reports show what AI engines answered at the time of the audit. Answers change, and we can't promise any particular result from acting on a report. They are guidance, not a guarantee.

Availability

We work to keep Contested running but provide it as is, and may change or pause it, including live audits, while we improve it.
